1. It is very good course for system integrators as the whole life cycle of IEC 61511 required for system integrators to follow is well described. 2. All videos are explained in depth and also all required basics are well covered. 3. All videos are well executed without any flaw or issue. 4. I must say that all system integrators must do this course to acquire knowledge and can do its implementation in their work processes to streamline Functional safety and Functional safety management in their SIL projects. 5. Functional safety management certification must be a top priority for system integrators as it adds values to their work processes and also will earn them projects worldwide. They will also qualify the basic requirements to bid any Safety projects.

As a beginner in functional safety it helped me getting a feeling for the technical process but also about the management to ensure quality. Buncefield and the importance of management in operation Read the IEC 61511 and VDI 2180. Knew a bit about equipment choice and SIL calculation. More confident in selection of equipment. Trying to achieve better quality results implementing FSP, VP and AP . More interested to communicate knowledge to customers. More wholistic perspective on functional safety.

The training course provide much basic knowledge about safety function.

I just want to have more example, case applying the safety principle or mention some information spec from IEC requirement, like mention about clause of IEC. information that community network also have safety communication almost knowledge I got is guess, refer to old projects. so don't have any confirmation. I think this topic provide to us the basic knowledge about safety. it help me to do my work more easier like understanding about how to define SIL loop.

I review F-System cource, then continuing study functional safety, I also took time to read training document in advance and during training I focused on lecture trainer speaked very clearly and engaged me into lecture my company did some safety projects before, so I knowed safety from colleague's introduction and some training mentioned about safety. topic is very important for our work, training is very good, trainer is competency opic is improve my awareness about safety, I feel more confident with my new safety knowledge.

Also helps them to understand their role as system integrator on a functional safety project and aspire to be a functional safety manager. It is not the job of system integrators to prove compliance. As someone who is still new to automation I only have a few grasp on my role. I usually support/assist my seniors. Functional safety projects here ibn the Philippines are few. I found that Functional safety projects are completely different that pcs 7 projects. Beacuse of the training we were able to atleast know the importance of proper documentation as it is a frequent problem to many projects. Functional safety is an interesting topic and a puts a different point of view on how we system integrators may apply it in our work. How to handle Documentation. I mean safety is just a helmet and a safety shoes. From documentation to Validation and testing safety is always considered and having a plan is important.

Limitations as a system integrator, PFD calculations Technically Safety aspects were known but how to calculate it I wasn''t knowing. Technically more sound for Process safety.

More of SIL loop calculation examples would have been useful.

But overall, a very nice course. Nice training New knowledge and increased level of self-confidence I had knowledge about this subject but had no detailed knowledge about SFF, HFF etc. After attending this course, the concepts of HAZOP, SIL study, SIL loop calculation etc are clear. After attending this training, now I have idea about various terminologies like how to calculate the value of SIL loop, SFF etc. Also, i was not aware that SIL value depreciates over a period of time.
