The final exam was not so easy, some questions I felt were not very clear, and some elements I don't recall have been pr
esented (like the 'client' which I recall was in at least 2 questions but not mentioned once in the slides). On complex project, such methodology is a must have. Besides the analysis itself, the ability to perform such analysis is a good indicator of the health of a project and its project management. The HAZOP process is a bit on the heavy side, and requires a well structured project to meet its objectives Although I've never conduct methodological risk analysis like HAZOP, I was familiar with the need of such analysis, and keen to learn more about how to properly do that. Obviously more knowledgeable on HAZOP today, although I may not use it directly in my current job. I would have appreciated more practical examples/exercises of conducting a HAZOP study.
